PROGRAMMING

METAL FABRICATION

Prototype / Production. CNC Punching and forming. Manual and machine preparation and finishing process such as deburring, graining, grinding. MIG / TIG and Spot Welding. Complete Hardware Installation. Conventional milling, tapping, countersinking and counterboring. Excellent sub contract source for CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding. State of the art manufacturing software for estimations, order/job control, purchasing, inventory, scheduling and data collection.

FINISHING

Conveyorized and automated powdercoat line. 5 Stage Washer and phosphating system. Silkscreening. Excellent subcontract sources for ferrous and non ferrous metal plating.
